Beach House: Creative Coastal Cuisine
The Beach House restaurant is upscale yet casual, it targets denims to diamonds with incredible access and views of Seven Mile Beach. The cuisine is centered on coastal living and coastal foods from the Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. We will bring these influences together in a celebration of flavor in Award Winning Chef Michael Farrell's “Coastal Cuisine.” Seafood will be the mainstay of the menu, with other coastal delights such as duck, beef, rabbit and pork highlighted as well.
The menu will be divided into two segments Small Plates and Large Plates. Small plates will be appetizer, soups and salads, this size will allow people to sample many textures and flavors while staying on the lighter side of the menu. The Large plates section will be designed more for guests that would like to share "family style" or are just feeling like an entrée portion. This distinct menu style allows the customer to sample multiple menu items, flavors and textures while sipping delicious wines.
Customers feel empowered to “Surf” the menu and put their own tasting menu together for a fun and lasting experience. Of course there will always be a daily tasting for the guest that wants to leave up to Chef Michael.
Beach House will have a strong wine program offering a full selection of mid-range, select and boutique wines from around the word. The service staff will have suggested wine pairing from the chef for each menu item to enhance the experience for wine connoisseur and novices alike.

Tortuga is a “Beach Casual” restaurant with a menu designed around exciting light and healthy fare. Our very casual “toes in the sand” style menu has items such as, great salads, grilled fish, proteins and poultry, tacos and theme nights to include BBQ, Sushi and much more. Come dine “al fresco” at this wonderful island restaurant with comfortable seating on the beach or patio. We have an extensive kids menu available all day.
Ferdinand’s Caribbean Café
Ferdinand’s is named after the Spanish King Ferdinand who funded Christopher Columbus’ crusade in search for the new world. The Westin’s Culinary Team brings “new world” cooking to Grand Cayman by offering traditional and inventive local and Caribbean food, along with classic salads and sandwiches. Ferdinand’s offers casual dining with splendid views of clear turquoise waters, white sand beach and spectacular sunsets.
