Are you ready? The day has finally come for your Windstream Channel Partner Turks & Caicos 2014 program!! Before you leave for the airport, be sure to take a minute to check your carry-on luggage for your airline e-ticket receipt, passport, prescription medicines needed during your stay, sunglasses, and anything else that you “must have”.

We ask that you plan to check in at the airport at least two hours prior to departure time. Please be sure that you have attached a Turks & Caicos 2014 luggage tag to each piece of luggage and that the airline checks your bags straight through to your final destination of Providenciales. The airport code on your luggage claim checks should say PLS.

Welcome to Turks & Caicos!!!

Once you disembark at Providenciales International Airport, proceed to immigration. Be sure to have your passports and immigration forms completed and in hand. Once you pass through immigration, you will then claim your luggage and proceed through customs. Upon exiting customs, look for the hotel desk for the Gansevoort Turks & Caicos where the staff will assist you with your bags as well as tag them with your name and room number. You will be escorted with your luggage to your air-conditioned vehicle. A 20-minute transfer takes you to your home for the next 4 days – the Gansevoort, Turks & Caicos.

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be guided to the Windstream Channel Partner Hospitality Area where you will check-in, collect your room keys and receive your Welcome Packet filled with all the information on the program. Enjoy a refreshing beverage with or without some island rum and a cold towel as you check-in. Check-in will be quick and hassle-free, because we have pre-registered your room for you, and have taken care of hotel porters’ gratuities. For the next four days, the Windstream Channel Partner Hospitality Desk will remain open and the Travel Staff will be available to assist with any questions that you may have.

Now that you have arrived, kick off your shoes and take a stroll on the gorgeous stretch of beach, enjoy the view from your very own private balcony or patio, cool off by taking a dip in the pool or just relax and take in the tropical beauty of your new luxurious surroundings.

Tonight, we celebrate on the beach, just for Windstream guests! Watch the sun go down while you sip your favorite cocktail and enjoy the delectable BBQ buffet as you catch up with friends, old and new. Beach beds, tiki torches and a bonfire set the mood for a relaxing evening under the stars while the mellow sounds of the island duo softly play in the background. It doesn't get much better than this! Congratulations and welcome to Turks & Caicos!!!

Good Morning!!! Hopefully you had a good night’s sleep and are ready to venture off on our group Catamaran snorkel sail courtesy of Windstream but not before you enjoy a full buffet breakfast in paradise at your leisure at Stelle Restaurant. Our adventure begins right from the beach so no transfer needed. How great is that? You will have the opportunity to enjoy reef snorkeling, swimming at one of the remote beaches called Half-Moon Bay. As stop is included at Little Water Cay, known for its iguanas that will pop out of the bushes to greet guests as they arrive. Feel free to jump off or slide down the waterslide located at the back of the catamaran to cool off or swim ashore and take a walk on the boardwalk. Take pictures, then make your way back on board as we set sail off while our DJ plays the tunes and the crew prepares our snacks and beverages!!

Lunch is at your leisure at the hotel upon our return. A $30.00 per person allowance is included toward your lunch today.

The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to do as you please! The Windstream Channel Partner Travel Staff are available for any questions you may have as well as restaurant menus, recommendations and reservations for tomorrow night’s dine around.

Our Recognition Banquet tonight is set in a special location not far from the hotel. Meet in the lobby at 6:00pm for transportation to our private event beginning with a reception, followed by an amazing gourmet dinner to celebrate a great year! Our personal chef has prepared a special menu for you to be enjoyed with your beverage of choice, finishing off with coffee or tea. What better way to say “THANK YOU” than with something so memorable? Once the awards ceremony is complete, it’s time to hit the dance floor and let the rhythm take control. Listen and dance to old and new favorites as the DJ gets the party started.

This morning, savor another full buffet breakfast at Stelle Restaurant before heading out for your pre-selected activity which may include a treatment at the Exhale Spa, waverunner rental, golf or getting the ultimate adrenaline rush on the jetboat tour…the options are many and all yours!!!

Lunch will be provided at leisure at the hotel for all guests with an allowance of $30.00 per person today.

Do not forget to stop by the Windstream Channel Partner Hospitality Desk after 2:00pm today to pick up your cash allowance of $75.00 per person for dinner tonight at your choice of restaurants at the hotel or around the island if you choose to venture off property. The Travel Staff will have menus and suggestions available for you to choose from.

Daytime Attire: Comfortable Traveling Attire

Savor one last buffet breakfast at Stelle Restaurant this morning, followed by some last minute fun in the sun. If you haven’t taken a dip in the warm Caribbean Sea, sipped a fruity concoction under a swaying palm, or tried your hand at one of the resort’s irresistible water sports, now is your chance! The Windstream Channel Partner Travel Staff distributed individualized departure information yesterday and will handle transfers to the airport as well as all porterage tips at the hotel.

Departures will begin late morning. For those guests who have late afternoon flights, lunch will be included for you before you depart the hotel.

You’re off to the airport for your flight back to the States. As you settle into your seat on your flight home, remember all of the fun and exciting things you did and experienced while on your Windstream Channel Partner Turks & Caicos 2014 program. It was a great four days and you deserved it!
